A nice electric heating and good product. Heating is only under the jack connection and power button. Manual is very very small, only one page. Product description on the webpage also the manual contains the same collors: red, white, blue. In the reality are there ligths - red, green, blue. Maybe the green is the same as white, i think and i hope. Is good to use on the knee and elbow. Is not possible use on the shoulder, or use only with one belt. Will be good, that one belt will be longer. These is as a suggestion to the newer version for this product. :) Anyway, I recommand this item.

It's a nice piece of thermal pad .. It works faster when you put it on a wall adapter, but probably this is my powerbank's problem. Because it's pretty big you can use for different body parts like chest or back maybe by putting more velcro fabric to hold it in place for warming these parts of the body. The instructions are in English and they are very straightforward You hold the button for 3-5 sec and activate , then you scroll to different thermal modes by pressing again and again until you are in the desired temperature
